2023年春，肆虐在祖國大地三年的新冠疫情終于劃上了句號?；赝@段艱難的時光，楊必成教授及其科研團隊成員逆境而上，堅持組織好課題研究，日夜筆耕奔忙，終于取得驕人成績：在已發(fā)表的69篇合作論文中，有51篇為SCI收錄，2篇在權(quán)威期刊，還出版了5本專著，誠可謂碩果累累! 2021年9月18日，楊必成應(yīng)邀參加了在“北京會議中心”舉行的“第十九屆中國科學(xué)家(國際)論壇”，榮獲大會頒發(fā)《“十四五”科技強國創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動領(lǐng)軍人物》證書及獎牌; 同年10月19日,《我是科學(xué)人》欄目視頻:《楊必成：執(zhí)于探微，不負(fù)數(shù)學(xué)一生》獲掛《學(xué)習(xí)強國》網(wǎng)站，至今已有超20000人次的閱讀記錄;2022年10月10日，楊必成光榮入冊美國斯坦福大學(xué)版“全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家”的“終身影響力排行版(1960-2021年)”榜單。

有憾。這次，楊必成僅有241篇國外發(fā)表論文獲參評，有300多篇發(fā)表在祖國大地的中文論文，13本中英文專著及18本參編專著成果未獲參評，故所得評分不夠理想。
無悔。自發(fā)表數(shù)學(xué)論文至今30多年來，楊必成既不把論文及專著全寫在國外，也不全寫在國內(nèi)，然而第一篇重要論文及第一本專著卻發(fā)表在國內(nèi)，這一做法適合于他一生的科研抉擇!

楊必成，男，1946年8月出生于廣東汕尾市城區(qū)，1966年6月畢業(yè)于汕尾中學(xué)高中，1968年12月下鄉(xiāng)到海豐公平公社當(dāng)知青，1975年12月回城當(dāng)民辦教師，1977年底以數(shù)學(xué)滿分(200分)的高考成績?nèi)胱x華南師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系本科班，1982年1月大學(xué)畢業(yè)，獲理學(xué)士學(xué)位，分配到廣東教育學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)系任助教。他長期從事函數(shù)論的教學(xué)與研究，于1998年評為數(shù)學(xué)教授，曾任廣東教育學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)系主任(1999～2007年)兼學(xué)院黨委委員，全國不等式研究會理事長(2009～2013年)，現(xiàn)任廣東第二師范學(xué)院應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)研究所所長(2006年至今)，兼任全國不等式研究會顧問，中山大學(xué)國家數(shù)字家庭工程技術(shù)研究中心兼職教授，汕尾中學(xué)廣州校友會會長(2019年~)。多年來，他被聘為多家國際數(shù)學(xué)雜志編委，及美國《數(shù)學(xué)評論》、德國《數(shù)學(xué)文摘》評論員。
他于1986年開始發(fā)表數(shù)學(xué)論文，至今一直從事可和性，算子理論與解析不等式理論的基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用研究。1998年，他在國際SCI數(shù)學(xué)期刊《數(shù)學(xué)分析及應(yīng)用(JMAA)》發(fā)表論文，引入獨立參量，推廣Hilbert積分不等式;他還在《美國數(shù)學(xué)會會刊(PAMS)》發(fā)表論文，建立加強型的Hardy-Hilbert不等式，其最佳內(nèi)常數(shù)因子聯(lián)系Euler常數(shù);2004年，他引入兩對共軛指數(shù)輔以獨立參量，首倡參量化數(shù)學(xué)思想方法，建立推廣的Hardy-Hilbert型不等式及其算子刻畫理論，即Yang-Hilbert不等式理論(《科技日報》2013年語)，解決了Hardy-Hilbert型不等式理論的推廣難題，填補了該領(lǐng)域60多年(1934-1997年)的理論空白;2016年至今，他與團隊成員一起努力拼搏，建立起12個門類Hilbert型不等式最佳常數(shù)因子聯(lián)系多參數(shù)的等價陳述，從而完善了Yang-Hilbert不等式理論。應(yīng)用上，他創(chuàng)建了大量Hilbert型不等式，使其最佳常數(shù)因子聯(lián)系上著名的Reimann -zeta函數(shù)，豐富了Reimann-zeta函數(shù)的理論內(nèi)涵;他還應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的Euler-Maclaurin求和公式，建立新型的聯(lián)系部分和的Hardy-Hilbert不等式，并拓展到創(chuàng)建多類半離散及積分型不等式中去。楊必成業(yè)已在國內(nèi)外數(shù)學(xué)期刊發(fā)表論文560多篇(其中195篇為SCI收錄,17篇刊登在《數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)報》、《數(shù)學(xué)年刊》、《數(shù)學(xué)進(jìn)展》等中文權(quán)威期刊上)，并在中國科學(xué)出版社及國外Springer等科學(xué)出版社出版專著13部。此外，他還參編Springer等出版社出版專著18部,含22章理論內(nèi)容。
